CodeLab Technology Group provides comprehensive analysis, integration, migration and application development services to a range of top tier clients. We are seeking a .NET developer to join our team of experienced technology professionals in creating highly effective applications for our clients.

Desired Qualifications Include:

• A Bachelors of Science degree in computer science or information systems
• Online business application development experience
• Strong development skills and experience in one or more of the following .NET, ASP
• Database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle) experience
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Out-bound calling to qualify target opportunities and generate pipeline
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, communication, writing & presentation skills
• Qualify and generate sales calls for the outside account managers
• Timely and thorough follow-up on leads coming from various marketing programs
• Assist in development and delivery of marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Managing multiple customers' sales cycles from initial introduction to purchase
• Learning and using our CRM system to record and manage customer interactions

You bring to CodeLab

• 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience
• The ability to quickly learn a new software product and services then clearly communicate its value proposition via phone and live presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The focus to make 45 - 50 outbound calls on most days with the ability to consistently confront and understand new situations
• A willingness to learn and adopt new techniques
• Self-confidence
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related major (preferred)

The Inside Account Manager will receive training and coaching from the Director of Sales and Marketing, CEO and other Team members, to help ensure a solid knowledge base about CodeLab Technology Group, our products, services and our practices. The right person in this position could start making the transition to an outside account manager quickly based on their progress in the Inside Account Manager role.
